If you select “yes” to activate the Enable Terms & Conditions / Consent in the Site Settings. You will need to add the actual Terms and Conditions in the editor box located in the Site Settings of the Admin Dashboard.

Then when the applicant clicks on the link for the Terms they can read you terms and conditions and place a check in the box acknowledging they have read and meet your terms.
