On both the Institutional Reports and Ad Hoc Reports there is a “Update Reporting Database” button.
First click that button to refresh all the sata in the reports. A display message with show that the Database has been refreshed.
Go ahead and view your report again. If no data has been pulled, check yuor filters and questions to ensure there is data in the fields and your filters are set properly.
If data does not pull after these two steps, please place a ticket in client support for assistance. Let them know which application and report you are attempting to pull.
